Babels.AI is a portfolio of healthcare AI research projects. We try to keep this site as boring as possible from a data-collection standpoint. This page explains exactly what is and isn't collected when you visit.
What we collect
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It records aggregated, anonymous information about visits to this site:
- Page URL visited
- Referrer (the site that linked you here, if any)
- Approximate country and region (derived at the edge)
- Browser and operating system family
- Device type (desktop / mobile / tablet)
A daily-rotating, one-way hash is used to estimate unique visitors. The hash cannot be reversed to identify you and is discarded each day.
What we don't collect
- No cookies are set on your browser by this site.
- No IP addresses are stored. Vercel uses your IP at the edge to determine country/region, then discards it.
- No browser fingerprinting.
- No cross-site tracking, advertising IDs, or third-party ad networks.
- No personal account data — there is nothing to sign up for.
Project demos
Some pages link to interactive demos hosted separately on Render. Those demos do not require login and do not store the inputs you provide beyond what is needed to return a result. Inputs are not used to train any model.
Your rights
Because we don't store information that identifies you, there is no personal account or record to access, correct, or delete.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes meaningfully, the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
